Import from Instagram, post reactions and Meta Ads

Three ways to start a table from social and ads data, from the More card on Home, with the fields and cost lines each window shows.

Written by Umer Ishaq

The More card on Home opens several sources. This article covers three of them: Instagram Search, Post Engagements and Meta Ads.

How do I open them?

  1. Go to Home.

  2. Click More.

  3. Choose Instagram Search, Post Engagements or Meta Ads.

The Home start cards, with the More card clicked and its menu open below it. The menu lists Salesforce Import, Instagram Search, Post Engagements, Meta Ads, Apify Scraper, Luma Event and Use a template. The Find leads and Import data cards are above it.

What does Instagram Search ask for?

The window is called Scrape Instagram and says "Find Instagram profiles based on keywords and email types."

  • Keywords: the hint shows e.g. "fashion influencer" "style".

  • Number of results: "default 10, max 700".

  • Language and Country: English and United States when it opens.

  • Add Enrichments: Extract Emails, ticked when the window opens, with two options. Extract Personal Emails (selected when it opens) "extracts emails like @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc." Extract Business Emails (Experimental) "extracts emails like @company.com, @business.com, etc."

  • Example Queries on the left: Life Coaches, Plumbers in New York, Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, Lawyers in London, Surgeons.

The bottom shows Estimated Cost and the buttons Create Table and Create & Run 10 rows.

Estimated Cost stays $0.0026 when you type 100 results and a keyword. There is only one cost line.

The Add column item Person profile (from Instagram) is separate from this window. Its panel shows no price, and it needs your own Apify connection. Instagram runs on Apify. See Instagram integration: set up and troubleshoot.

What does Post Engagements ask for?

The window is called Import Post Reactions. It says "Import the people who reacted to a post, then enrich them with emails and profiles."

  • Post URL (Max 1): "Paste the URL of a single post."

  • Max reactions: 500 when the window opens. "The most people to import from the post, up to 500. You pay only for those found."

  • Add Enrichments: Find Email and Scrape Profile, both ticked when the window opens.

Two cost lines show before you run: "Create Table: $0.0015 – $0.75 (up to 500 reactions)" and "Run 10 rows: up to $0.37 · enrichments up to $0.036/row". The buttons are Create Table and Create & Run 10 rows.

What does Meta Ads ask for?

The window is called Scrape Meta Ads. It says "Scrape ads from the Meta Ads Library by search URL or page URL."

  • Table title

  • Facebook Ads Library or Page URLs: "Paste Facebook Ads Library search URLs or Facebook Page URLs to scrape ads from."

  • Date range (Any time), Active status (All), Sort by (Most impressions) and Country filter ("2-letter ISO code or ALL", set to ALL).

  • Scrape ad details: a switch, off when the window opens. "Include EU reach info and extra details."

The window shows an estimate, for example "Est: $0.98 (100 ads)". The buttons are Cancel and Scrape ads.
