Table options: row height, dependency graph, export, share and history

What the More table options menu, the bottom tab menu and the History button offer.

Several table-wide tools are in menus you may not have opened yet.

More table options

The ... button in the toolbar opens:

  • View: Live

  • Row height: each click cycles 1 line, 2 lines, 3 lines and auto.

  • Dedupe: opens "Select a column to dedupe".

  • Dep Graph: opens the Dependency Graph, one card per column with its name, its type (for example "Manual Column") and "0 dependents" when no other column uses it.

  • Export: CSV ("Comma-separated values") or Excel ("Native .xlsx spreadsheet").

  • Share: see below.

  • Column status detail: a switch.

How do I share a table?

Choose Share. The panel is called "Share table via URL or Template". It says: "You can share this table with a publicly accessible URL (all the future changes will be visible in the link too)." The button is Share table URL. It also offers Turn into template.

What is in the bottom tab menu?

Click Table actions on the table's tab at the bottom: Rename, Edit table settings, Move table, Duplicate table and Delete. Overview shows your tables as cards, with a legend: Signal, Table, Active flow and Table in another workbook.

What is in History?

Click History at the bottom right (or Table history). It says "What changed on this table, and what you can put back — configuration versions and the values kept before a run or a delete." The options are:

  • Usage history: what this table spent, and on what

  • Change log: who changed what, and when

  • All configuration versions: restore columns, views and filters

  • Restore data: undo a run or a deleted column, "nothing spent"

The header also has Undo and Redo.

Good to know

  • Anyone with a Share table URL link can see the table, and later changes show up there too. Share it only when you mean to.

  • For Sandbox Mode, see Functions and Sandbox Mode.
