You can act on several rows at once.
How do I select rows?
Tick the box at the left of a row, or the box in the header to select all. The toolbar then shows how many rows are selected, for example "1/3 rows selected", and an Actions button.
What does the Actions menu offer?
Run N rows, when there is something to run. When there is nothing to run, the item reads Nothing to run here and is greyed out.
Enrich and override 1 row (the number matches your selection)
Archive 1 row
Delete 1 row (in red)
What happens when I archive a row?
Archive does not ask you to confirm. A message says "Resolving selected rows…" and then "Archived 1 row(s)." The row leaves the grid, and the row counter no longer counts it.
Archived rows are not deleted. You can see them in View: Archived and bring them back.
How do I see archived rows?
Click More table options (the ... button).
Click View: Live. The number beside it is the count of archived rows.
The view switches to View: Archived. The web address gains ?rows=archived. The toolbar shows a pill, "Archived N", with a menu of Live and Archived. Archived rows are greyed.
You will not find archived rows in Views, Filters, Table settings or the Trash.
How do I bring an archived row back?
Switch to View: Archived, as above.
Tick the row.
Click Actions. The menu now offers Restore 1 row and Delete 1 row.
Click Restore 1 row.
A message says "Unarchived 1 row(s)." There is no confirmation. The row returns to the table at its old position.
How do I delete rows for good?
Tick the rows.
Click Actions, then Delete 2 rows (in red).
A window asks "Permanently delete 2 row(s)?" and says: "This removes the rows from the table, not just their values. This cannot be undone." It has two buttons, Cancel and Delete rows.
Click Delete rows.
A message says "Deleted 2 row(s)."
Deleted rows do not come back. Undo, History (Restore data and Change log) and the Trash have nothing to bring them back. If you are not sure, archive the rows instead.
Good to know
Enrich and override opens no dialog and shows no price. It starts at once: a message says, for example, "Successfully queued 2 rows for processing", and the footer shows "Running N cells" with a Stop button. In our tests it re-ran every enrichment column on those rows, including cells that already held an answer. Overwritten cells are billed again. Read each column's Run column dialog first.
A free HTTP (POST/GET) column re-ran too, and rows that fail a run condition stayed "Run condition not met".
Delete removes the rows for good. The app says: "This cannot be undone." Check your selection before you click it.
Archive does not delete the rows. You can restore them from View: Archived.
