Your free trial lets you try Loopster's free data and tools without adding a card. This article shows what's included, what needs a card, and what happens when you reach a limit or your trial ends.
What's included without a card?
Without a card, your free trial includes:
10,000 free enrichments in total. Free enrichments are work emails, personal emails and phone numbers. The limit counts enrichments, not people. One email is one enrichment, and one phone number is another, so an email and a phone number for the same person use two. For example, you could use all 10,000 on emails, or 5,000 on emails and 5,000 on phone numbers.
10,000 people and companies combined, brought in from Loopster's database. Each time you bring them in, you get up to 1,000. This is the same in the app and through the API.
10,000 HTTP calls: calls the HTTP (POST/GET) column makes to any outside API for you.
What needs a card?
Premium providers, the ones with a price per row, are paid from your wallet. To unlock your wallet, add a card. We then add $10 to your wallet so you can try premium providers.
During the free trial you can't top up your wallet. To add more funds, upgrade to a plan.
What happens when I reach a limit?
When you reach 10,000 free enrichments, 10,000 people and companies, or 10,000 HTTP calls, you can't do more of that until you upgrade to a plan: Launch, Scale or Unlimited. See Plans, billing details and invoices or loopster.ai/pricing.
Why can I only bring in 1,000 at a time?
On the free trial, each time you bring in people or companies, you get up to 1,000. You can keep doing this until you reach 10,000 people and companies combined. To bring in more, upgrade to a plan.
Do the same limits apply through the API?
Yes. People and companies you bring in through the API count toward the same limits: up to 1,000 at a time and 10,000 people and companies combined.
When does my trial end, and what happens then?
Your free trial has no end date. It ends when you reach its limits.
Your account isn't locked. You can still sign in, look around, see new features and announcements, and export the data you enriched.
You'll see a message asking you to upgrade. Until you do, you can't bring in more people or companies or run more free enrichments.
